Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Front of House Team Member to join our team at Premier Inn in Cambridge City Centre. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have a warm and welcoming experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to ensure that rooms are prepared to a high standard.
  • Assist with the preparation and serving of food and beverages, including cocktails and meals.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the hotel by participating in team meetings and contributing to the development of new ideas and initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and guests from diverse backgrounds.

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and to be available for on-call duties as required.
  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation and service, with a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
