Job Overview

We are excited to announce an opening for a Customer Service and Business Administration apprenticeship. In this role, you will assist team members with their daily responsibilities and serve as the 'front of house' representative for our department.

Key Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities of this position include providing foundational office administration and general support, collaborating with established administrative staff and various clinical professionals. Duties will encompass:

  • Delivering a 'front of house' service for students and learners
  • Utilizing Microsoft Office applications
  • Managing general communications via email and telephone, as well as greeting visitors
  • Supporting training session administration and assisting with calendar management
