Key Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities of this role include providing foundational office administration and general support. You will collaborate with experienced office personnel and various healthcare professionals, engaging in tasks such as:

  • Serving as a 'front of house' representative for the team
  • Utilizing Microsoft Office applications
  • Managing general communications via email and telephone
  • Assisting with training session administration
  • Supporting calendar management activities

Qualifications and Experience

Essential Qualifications

  • GCSE in English at Grade 3/D or above
  • GCSE in Maths at Grade 3/D or above
  • Alternatively, an equivalent level of literacy and numeracy skills
  • Experience in prioritizing and organizing work

Desirable Qualifications

  • ICT qualifications such as Clait or EDCL
  • Relevant work experience, including voluntary or part-time roles
