  • Serving as a 'front of house' representative for the team
  • Utilizing Microsoft Office applications
  • Managing general communications via email and telephone
  • Assisting with training session administration
  • Supporting calendar management activities

Qualifications and Experience

Essential Qualifications

  • GCSE in English at Grade 3/D or above
  • GCSE in Maths at Grade 3/D or above
  • Alternatively, an equivalent level of literacy and numeracy skills
  • Experience in prioritizing and organizing work

Desirable Qualifications

  • ICT qualifications such as Clait or EDCL
  • Relevant work experience, including voluntary or part-time roles
