Customer Service/Business Administrative Apprentice

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Administrative Support Specialist. As a key member of our administrative team, you will provide exceptional support to our clinical professionals and contribute to the smooth operation of our hospital.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to our clinical teams, including data entry, document management, and correspondence.
- Assist with the coordination of meetings, appointments, and events.
- Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
- Provide excellent customer service to patients, visitors, and staff.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of administrative processes and procedures.
- English GCSE pass at Grade 3/D or above.
- Maths GCSE pass at Grade 3/D or above.
- Or an equivalent level of Literacy and Numeracy skills.
- Experience of prioritizing own work and organization of work.
- Ability and desire to develop from the training and coaching provided.
- Ability and interest in working in a patient and customer care focused environment.
- An understanding of confidentiality.
- Ability to work in a flexible manner.
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and written.
- Ability to work accurately.
- Ability to show motivation and punctuality.
- Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize day-to-day workloads.
