About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Customer Service Administrative Apprentice to join our team at Royal Papworth Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. This exciting opportunity will provide you with the chance to develop your skills and knowledge in customer service and administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, visitors, and staff
- Support the administrative team with daily tasks and responsibilities
- Develop and maintain accurate records and databases
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and patients
Requirements
- English GCSE pass at Grade 3/D or above
- Maths GCSE pass at Grade 3/D or above
- Equivalent level of Literacy and Numeracy skills
- Experience of prioritising own work
- Experience of organisation of work
