Your Role:

As the Sales Manager, you'll take the lead in a fast-paced environment, guiding a team of sales professionals to achieve outstanding results. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Team Leadership: Set ambitious goals, coach, and develop your team to exceed targets.
  • Performance Oversight: Ensure every team member is on track to meet their objectives.
  • Client Relations: Build and nurture relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Strategic Oversight: Manage leads, pipelines, and territories to maximise growth.
  • Sales Strategy: Lead weekly sales meetings, monitor activities, and drive initiatives to achieve success.

  • Proven Success in Sales
  • Industry Savvy: Experience in the Consulting, Business Process, Engineering or Manufacturing sectors is a plus.
  • Relationship Builder: Strong skills in building trust and engaging at senior levels.
  • Strategic Visionary: Ability to create and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Professional Presence: Polished and confident in all interactions, with flexibility to travel when needed.
  • Full Driving License: Required for travel within the UK.
