We have an exciting opportunity available for an Airport Centre Coordinator to join the Heathrow Airport Operation team.

  • Being the main point of contact between the company and the main client
  • Giving support to the following departments: Airport Resolution Centre, Flight, Management Unit, Aircraft Dispatch Management, stand planning, Loading
  • Control, Engineering and Aircraft Movements
  • Attending daily meetings and communicating any transport issues
  • Communicating with Airport Operations Manager regarding various queries both for the live and future operation
  • Following and coordinating the live operation
  • Monitoring aircraft changes and communicating to all relevant departments, checking catering figures, aircraft types, departure and arrival times, aircraft movements throughout the terminals
  • Communicating any issues that could impact in the operations
  • Support for Dispatch and Flight Coordinators
  • Passionate and attention to detail

  • Good team player – it’s a job where you’ll all need to have each other’s back
  • Able to communicate effectively in English
  • Flexibility in regards to your work availability is essential, as the Operation runs 7 days a week, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
  • Right to work in the UK
