Job Overview

We are thrilled to present an opportunity for an Airport Operations Coordinator to become a vital part of our Heathrow Airport Operations team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary liaison between our organization and key clients.
  • Provide assistance to various departments including the Airport Resolution Centre, Flight Management Unit, Aircraft Dispatch Management, and more.
  • Oversee daily operations and attend meetings to address transport-related concerns.
  • Collaborate with the Airport Operations Manager on inquiries related to both current and upcoming operations.
  • Coordinate real-time operations and monitor aircraft adjustments, ensuring all relevant teams are informed.
  • Review catering figures, aircraft specifications, and flight schedules, ensuring smooth terminal operations.
  • Report any operational challenges that may arise.
  • Offer support to Dispatch and Flight Coordinators as needed.
  • Exhibit a passion for detail and operational excellence.

  • Ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
