My client a leading UK law firm are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join their wider HR team on a permanent basis.


The Recruitment Coordinator will be a key member of the team providing a key point of contact for all staff including internal stakeholders. Managing all graduate and lateral recruitment needs, end to end.


The key duties will include:


  • Support across the legal apprenticeship, trainee vacation scheme and open day selection and offer processes
  • Organise and attend assessment centres
  • Support with all lateral recruitment for the firms 4 UK offices, across Business Services and Fee Earner roles
  • Work closely with Hiring Manager's understanding their recruitment needs
  • Working closely with PSL agencies on all recruitment needs
  • Reviewing and amending terms of business
  • Organising offers and onbaording


The Recruitment Coordinator will have experience in a similar role, ideally within a law firm, with a full understanding of the process involved in trainee solicitor recruitment and development, you will be educated to a degree level and have exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
