Mandarin Blueprint sells Chinese language courses to individuals and businesses.

Our learning method is unique and exceptionally fast, and we are in a growing market.

As our new digital marketing manager, you will take over marketing responsibilities from the CEO, with a mission to scale existing channels, improve campaign performance, and grow revenue YoY.

We need someone to update, own and execute the marketing strategy, manage and grow the marketing team (three junior reports currently), monetize our traffic, optimize our funnels, ensure the effectiveness of our email campaigns and content strategy, analyze current traffic patterns, identify growth opportunities, and create comprehensive marketing plans using the latest digital marketing techniques.

The ideal candidate has a solid track record of success in CRO, video marketing, and email

Much of our traffic and leads comes from video marketing, so we are looking for solid experience with shortform and long form video, so you can take over and expand without missing a beat.


Email marketing will also be a big channel for us moving forward, as we begin to target the corporate market. You will need a lot of experience in warm and cold email.


Additional experience with paid ads, SEO, content management, or inbound/content marketing, are all HUGE bonuses that will be considered.


Please note this a 100% remote position.


Responsibilities

● Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to fuel growth.

● CRO: Conducting conversion rate optimization across all funnels, ensuring consistent incremental improvements.

● Video Marketing: Creating and driving leads with video content.

● Team Management: Hire, manage, and mentor a small team of marketing professionals and freelancers.

● Campaign Creation and Execution: Develop and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, and video content.

● Brand Development: Maintain and develop a strong, distinctive brand presence.

● Performance Optimization: Optimize KPI tracking and employ data-driven analytics to enhance campaign performance.

● Cross-selling: Creative strategies to cross-sell, up-sell services to existing customers.

● Reporting: Report performance and campaign results to management, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.


Requirements

● Strategic Vision: Ability to develop and implement long-term growth strategies.

● Analytical Skills: Strong skills in data analysis and campaign optimization.

● Funnel Success: Proven success with funnels generating over a million dollars in revenue.

● Leadership Abilities: Experience in managing and mentoring marketing teams.

● Strong Initiative: Must be self-motivated and able to work on your own initiative as well as part of a small team.

● Communication skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively among a team who all work remotely from their own homes.

● Analytical mindset: High attention to detail and a critical thinker

● Adaptability: Responds positively to changing priorities and ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Working hours: This is a full-time role. We have a global remote-first workforce, so time zone is flexible, although you must be available to have meetings with people working normal hours in the US.
