Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management:

  • Develop and manage performance marketing campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google.
  • Run A/B tests and optimise strategies for maximum ROI.
  • Collaborate with teams to align campaigns with product and brand goals.

Data-Driven Optimisation:

  • Analyse campaign data using tools like Google Analytics to extract insights and improve performance.
  • Continuously optimise conversion rates and ROI through data-driven decisions.

Budget Management:

  • Manage and forecast marketing budgets to ensure cost-effective strategies.
  • Allocate spend efficiently across channels to maximise returns.

Industry Trends & Innovation:

  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends and adopt new strategies to enhance campaign performance.
  • Implement innovative approaches to drive growth and engagement.

Reporting & Insights:

  • Create detailed reports on ad performance, traffic, and conversions.
  • Provide insights to leadership for strategic decision-making and growth opportunities.

Vendor & Platform Management:

  • Manage relationships with external platforms and vendors to ensure effective campaign execution.


Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in a performance marketing role, with a strong focus on analytics and data-driven decision-making.
  • Expertise in managing PPC, SEM, Display, and Social Media advertising campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience with Meta, TikTok, and Google platforms is essential, with proficiency in digital analytics and performance marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads Manager and Looker.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable marketing insights and strategies.
  • Exceptional project management skills, capable of leading multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A growth-oriented mindset, comfortable pushing boundaries, moving quickly, and learning from testing and experimentation.
