Our client is disrupting the veterinary industry using a membership model to make access to care seamless and joyful for pets and their owners. They are committed to bringing joy back to veterinary care for professionals. Growing dynamically, we’re looking to hire a Performance Marketing Lead to accelerate their business growth. Based in London and reporting to the CMO, this role is perfect for someone who enjoys strategic thinking and tactical execution, understands search and social advertising, and has a proven track record of delivering growth in unique consumer-facing brands.



What will you be responsible for?


- Craft and execute an effective customer acquisition strategy.

- Drive the successful scaling of paid search and paid social campaigns.

- Oversee the deployment and development of additional performance marketing channels, including display/retargeting, affiliates, and SEO.

- Partner with teammates, external experts, and agencies to deliver impactful results.

- Plan, manage, and deploy the acquisition marketing budget cost-effectively.

- Design and manage processes to track and evaluate marketing performance, reporting on success and identifying areas for growth.

- Discover and experiment with new marketing channels to diversify our marketing mix.

- Develop a robust test-and-learn strategy to improve results continuously.

- Collaborate with the technology team to analyze and improve site/app conversion.

- Assess and leverage innovative marketing technology to achieve business goals; identify opportunities for automation and optimization.

- Work with the wider marketing team to unify customer communications across all touch points and deliver a consistent brand experience.



About You:


- You have a can-do attitude and find hitting big targets exciting and rewarding.

- Data-driven, you use insights to back up your instincts.

- Comfortable working independently or as part of a team.

- Detail-oriented, leaving no stone unturned.

- Enjoy managing multiple projects simultaneously.



Your Background:


- 6+ years of performance marketing experience (in either client or agency roles).

- Proven hands-on expertise in leading paid search and paid social campaigns.

- Experience with other growth channels (e.g., SEO, affiliates, display).

- Previous management of agencies and in-house performance marketing teams.

- Knowledge of web/app analytical tools (e.g., GA4, HotJar, Firebase, Amplitude).

- Demonstrable inspiring leadership skills and effective team-building experience.

- High-growth startup or subscription business exposure is a big plus.

- Hyper-local marketing experience is a bonus.
