At Starr Luxury Cars, we provide exceptional, bespoke luxury transport and automotive experiences around the world. From elite chauffeur services to exclusive car hire and supercar rallies, we cater to the most discerning clientele. As a growing global brand, we are dedicated to curating extraordinary experiences and establishing long-lasting relationships with our clients and partners.
As our Marketing and Partnerships Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving the company's growth by leveraging your existing network and creating new opportunities for collaboration. Working directly with the CEO, this is a role where you will shape the future of our brand, establish high-level partnerships, and use innovative marketing techniques to drive revenue and elevate our reputation in the luxury space.
You’ll also have the exciting challenge of leading sponsorship efforts for our prestigious events and selling exclusive spaces on our yearly supercar rally. You'll be integral in expanding our corporate client base, offering unique experiences and services that meet the high expectations of our clientele.
- Partnerships & Business Development:
- Utilise your black book to create, manage, and nurture partnerships with luxury brands and high-end corporate clients.
- Sales & Sponsorship:
- Drive sales of our luxury services, including supercar hire, corporate vouchers, and premium events. Generate sponsorships for high-profile events and experiences.
- Marketing Strategy:
- Design and implement creative marketing campaigns, focusing on digital and social media strategies that resonate with luxury audiences and deliver strong results.
- Brand Representation:
- Represent Starr Luxury Cars at high-end events, networking with HNWIs, luxury brands, and industry influencers.
- Autonomous Leadership:
- Work independently yet collaboratively within a small, agile team. Report directly to the CEO, making a tangible impact on the company’s global growth.
- Experience in luxury: A proven background in working with luxury brands or services, with a strong understanding of the luxury automotive or lifestyle sector being highly advantageous.
- Strong network: You have an impressive black book of contacts within the luxury industry, including corporate clients, influencers, and brands.
- Sales & Partnerships: You excel at selling experiences and services, and building meaningful, long-term partnerships with high-profile clients and brands.
- Creative marketing: You’re an innovator who loves crafting compelling marketing campaigns, especially on digital platforms, and can bring fresh ideas to life.
- Social media savvy: You have a strong grasp of social media and digital advertising, and know how to engage a luxury audience effectively.
- Event sponsorship: Experience in securing event sponsorships is a huge plus.
- Self-motivated & Autonomous: You thrive in a fast-paced environment, can work independently, and are driven by results.
