This is a hands-on position balancing operational HR and strategic HR. Responsible for delivering direction and support across the full employee lifecycle including Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, L&D, Culture, Engagement, Leadership Development, Compensation & Benefits, HR Operations.


To be considered you will be a CIPD Qualified experience HR professional. Experience of working with Energy or Tech is desirable but not essential. French speaking and a knowledge of French employment law is desirable, have a passion for creating a forward-thinking, commercial HR function.


This position is hybrid, and the client is flexible on 5 or 4 day working week.
