Primary Purpose & Scope:


At GI Group, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced People Partner for our global client's office in West London. In this pivotal role, you will shape people strategy, enhance company culture, and serve as a strategic adviser to leaders and employees. You'll drive initiatives aligned with business goals, deliver effective HR solutions, manage employee relations, and support talent development while championing core values.


This role presents a unique opportunity to make a significant impact within a forward-thinking global organisation. You'll work closely with senior leaders to influence a high-performance environment, manage key HR initiatives, and contribute to a culture that values innovation, collaboration, and diversity. Your ideas will be celebrated as you collaborate with passionate colleagues to drive meaningful change.


Responsibilities:

  • Strategic HR Guidance: Provide expert HR advice to senior leaders and employees, ensuring alignment with business objectives and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Talent Management: Collaborate with leadership to identify and address talent needs, support recruitment strategies, and ensure effective on-boarding and development of employees.
  • Employee Relations: Manage employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to resolve conflicts and ensure a positive working environment.
  • Performance Management: Support performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and development plans, to drive employee engagement and success.
  • HR Policies and Compliance: Ensure compliance with UK employment legislation and company policies, and proactively address any legal or regulatory issues.
  • Organisational Development: Drive initiatives that support organisational development, including change management, culture enhancement, and team building.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Use HR metrics and data to provide insights and recommendations that improve HR practices and support business goals.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other HR team members and departments to implement and refine people strategies and practices.


Skills & Experience:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, such as an HR Business Partner, with a strong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organisation.
  • Experience in managing employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
  • A commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.


Desirable Skills:

  • CIPD qualification or equivalent.
  • Experience with HR systems and data analytics.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific HR trends and challenges.
  • Multilingual abilities are a plus.
