Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of internal communications.
  • Maintain and update employee records and databases.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, interviews, and training sessions.
  • Handle general inquiries and direct them to the appropriate team members.


Event Planning and Coordination:

  • Organize and execute company events, including social gatherings, team-building activities, and cultural celebrations.
  • Coordinate logistics for company trips and off-site meetings, including travel arrangements, accommodation, and itinerary planning.
  • Collaborate with vendors and venues to ensure seamless event execution.


Employee Engagement:

  • Support the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives and programs.
  • Assist in conducting surveys and gathering feedback to enhance the workplace culture.
  • Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives within the organization.


Onboarding and Offboarding:

  • Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and welcome activities.

General Support:

  • Contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere within the team.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed.
