Role Expectations: Drive Innovation and Build Partnerships
As the VP of Client Solutions, you will be at the forefront of Gentrack’s mission to transform the utilities industry. Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Lead Bid Management: Coordinate sales processes, ensuring proposals meet our strategic objectives and resonate with clients.
- Pre-Sales Coordination: Manage workshops, demos, proposals, and RFP responses, optimizing resources across sales activities.
- Engage with Executives: Build trust and confidence with prospective and existing clients, articulating the transformational benefits of Gentrack’s solutions.
- Client Relationship Management: Understand client challenges, map Gentrack solutions to their business strategies, and foster strong stakeholder relationships.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and develop the Client Solutions team, supporting their career aspirations and driving performance.
- Innovate and Influence: Contribute to product road map discussions, driving innovation and aligning with market needs.
- Develop Consulting Materials Create and refine presentations and consulting assets to support sales engagements.
- Champion Sustainability:Demonstrate a commitment to environmental and social responsibility, proposing and implementing sustainable practices.
Your Background:
We’re looking for dynamic leaders with:
- Executive-level experience in retail utility businesses in the UK or Europe.
- Expertise in business operations, transformation, and complex sales in enterprise-level accounts.
- Strong understanding of CRM, digital, billing, and credit issues
- Passion for technology’s transformational potential and its role in driving business improvement.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
