Vice President of Sales

Alphamoneta Inc. is an executive search firm identifying and recruiting qualified candidates for senior roles, including C-suite positions for the Consulting, Digital, Technology, and Outsourcing industries.
As the Vice President of Sales, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of the organization. You will be responsible for building strong client relationships, developing and executing strategies to drive revenue, and expanding our client base. Your expertise in BPO solutions will be critical in delivering value to the positioning of the organization as a leader in the industry.
As a senior member of the Sales and Account Management team, the VP of Sales & Business Development is responsible for identifying, assessing, and negotiating new business opportunities that are in line with the Company’s overall strategic growth objectives.
- Responsible for new business sales within assigned markets or existing clients.
- Experience with building successful working relationships with C-level executives.
- Champion the effort to grow and maintain the corporation's primary and long-term revenue base
- Will lead the process towards generating leads, developing targets for clients, and meeting revenue quotas.
- Proactively ensuring the process of researching potential client and industry opportunities.
- Ensuring effective pitches toward prospective customers and overseeing the proposal/ RFP process.
- Proactively cultivating new clients and areas of company growth, negotiating contracts with new and existing clients.
- Identifying potential areas of growth for current clients. Collaborate with peers, Account Management; Operations, and other departments to ensure the client's expectations/sales orders are being effectively set up and internally handed over towards effective delivery.
Qualifications: (Education, Experience, Skills)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven track record of at least 10 years in BPO consulting or related roles, with experience in leadership positions.
- Deep understanding of the BPO landscape.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM and project management software.
