Role Description

Vice President of Logistics: Drive Sustainable Delivery Excellence

We are seeking a driven and strategic Vice President of Logistics to lead our operations and ensure we continue to set the standard for sustainable last-mile delivery. This is a hands-on role where you'll oversee every aspect of our logistics network, from warehouse operations to P&L management. Your leadership will be crucial in optimizing our delivery routes, streamlining processes, and ensuring we consistently deliver exceptional results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Excellence: Lead and manage all aspects of Fin's logistics operations, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and adherence to our sustainability goals.
  • P&L Management: Own the P&L for the logistics function, driving profitability and growth through strategic decision-making and financial acumen.
  • Route Optimization: Leverage technology and data-driven insights to optimize delivery routes, minimizing transit times and environmental impact.
  • Warehouse Management: Oversee warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, order fulfillment, and dispatch processes.
  • Transportation Management: Manage our fleet of electric vehicles and e-cargo bikes, ensuring their optimal utilization and maintenance.
  • Team Leadership: Build and inspire a high-performing logistics team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Proven Leadership: Extensive experience in logistics management, operations management, and P&L responsibility.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address operational challenges.
  • Sustainability Champion: A deep understanding of and passion for sustainable logistics practices.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
