Role Description

Vice President of Sales: Drive Growth, Forge Partnerships, and Lead a Sustainable Future

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Vice President of Sales to spearhead our sales initiatives and accelerate our growth trajectory. As a key member of the leadership team, the VP of Sales will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence, forging strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth within the logistics industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Leadership: Lead and inspire a high-performing sales team, setting ambitious targets and fostering a culture of success.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Identify, develop, and nurture key partnerships with businesses across various sectors to expand Fin's reach and impact.
  • Business Development: Proactively seek out new business opportunities and drive expansion into new markets and service offerings.
  • Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Sales Operations: Oversee sales operations, including forecasting, pipeline management, and performance tracking.

Qualifications:

  • Proven Sales Success: A demonstrable track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth.
  • Industry Acumen: Experience in sales, account management, and business development, preferably within the logistics or transportation sector.
  • Strategic Vision: Strong leadership and strategic planning abilities to guide the sales team and achieve company objectives.
  • Relationship Builder: Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Sustainability Advocate: A passion for sustainable practices and a commitment to Fin's zero-emissions mission.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
