One of the largest independent distributor of IT products in the UK. With the continued growth, we are looking to recruit a Sales Support Specialist to join this dynamic and exciting team. This role will aim to help continue the exceptional growth we have experienced, delivering a wide range of software & Hardware services and products to our customers.


The Role


As the Sales Support Specialist, you'll work alongside our award-winning Sales teams to ensure the smooth day-to-day function of the team. You'll be building connections with clients each day, and working to maintain the excellent relationships which we have already established with our valued customers. You will be responsible for supporting customers throughout the sales process;

producing accurate quotations and supplying these in a timely fashion, giving support when selecting products and services, and by negotiating for the best pricing with our suppliers to ensure that we remain at the razor's edge in a dynamic and competitive market.


Customer service is at the forefront of everything we do; providing an excellent service, developing key relationships, and consistently assisting the team to hit its targets is a vital part of this role.


Responsibilities include:


  • Order management
  • Pre- and post-sales support for a varied customer base
  • Logging and processing sales via our internal sales system
  • Relationship management with a growing customer base
  • Liaising with stakeholders to resolve internal queries
  • Product and service development

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:30
