Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Process customer orders within 24 hours of receipt, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Monitor sales orders to ensure delivery deadlines are met, communicating any delays to the customer.
  • Collaborate with the logistics and sales teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery schedules.
  • Resolve customer queries and issues in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements
  • Positive attitude with a commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.
  • Prior customer service experience is essential.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage and answer queries effectively.
