Job Title: Care Support Specialist

Ambient Support is seeking a dedicated and empathetic Care Support Specialist to join our team in Ipswich. As a Care Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing social and emotional support to individuals with challenging and complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing personal care and support to individuals in their homes and local communities
  • Assisting with daily living tasks, including cooking, cleaning, and laundry
  • Supporting individuals with their shopping and budgeting needs
  • Building and maintaining relationships with friends and family of our residents

Requirements:

  • Experience supporting adults with Learning Disabilities, including Autism
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Car driver desirable but not essential
