Care Support Assistant

About the Role:
Ambient Support is seeking a dedicated and empathetic Care Support Worker to join our team in Kirton. As a Care Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with complex needs, enabling them to gain greater independence and improve their well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing social and emotional support to residents, either at home or in their local community
- Supporting residents with their personal care, including personal hygiene needs if required
- Assisting with shopping and budgeting
- Building and maintaining relationships with friends and family of our residents
- Performing household tasks, including cooking, cleaning, and laundry
- Accompanying residents on walks, meals, and other activities
