About the Role
We are seeking a caring and dedicated individual to join our team as a Personal Care Assistant. As a Personal Care Assistant, you will provide support to an individual with complex health needs, enabling them to live independently and participate in community activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and support to the individual, including assistance with daily living tasks, transfers, and mobility.
- Support the individual to access college and community activities, including transportation and accompaniment.
- Assist with household tasks and maintain a safe and healthy living environment.
- Communicate effectively with the individual, their family, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
About You
We are looking for a compassionate and reliable individual who is able to provide high-quality care and support. You will have a full, clean driving license and be able to meet the requirements for motor insurance purposes.
