Senior Sales Executive

A Global ServiceNow Partner are looking for a Senior Sales Executive who can work in tandem with an outbound team to book meetings while doing their own prospecting and leveraging their network to build pipeline in the ServiceNow, ESM & ITSM Market in the UK & Europe in the SME end user market.
You must have ServiceNow, ESM and/or ITSM Senior Sales experience and a working knowledge of the ServiceNow market & End Users in the UK & Europe otherwise your application will not be considered.
Responsibilities -
- Own a high-impact territory: Build and lead a dynamic team of Account Executives and Sales Development Representatives, exceeding ambitious targets and forging strong relationships with key clients across the UK and Europe.
- Shape the narrative: Be the face of ServiceNow, ITSM & ESM, influencing the market and building brand awareness through strategic partnerships and thought leadership initiatives.
- Fuel innovation: Champion the adoption of cutting-edge ServiceNow, ITSM, ESM solutions, tailoring them to meet the unique needs of clients and unlocking their full potential.

Required Skills
- It is ESSENTIAL that you possess a proven track record of success in building, leading and motivating high-performing sales teams in the ServiceNow, ITSM & ESM space.
- Have a deep understanding of ITSM, ESM and ServiceNow and their platform capabilities across various industries.
- Demonstrate exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple priorities and exceeding expectations.
- Are a natural relationship builder with a talent for forging strong client partnerships.
