Senior Sales Executive (Remote/UK Based)
We are seeking a talented Senior Sales Executive to join our team on a remote basis in the UK. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual to make a real impact in the healthcare industry by selling innovative software solutions.
Role Overview:
- Position: Senior Sales Executive
- Location: Remote/UK Based
- Salary: Up to £90k base with £150k OTE
- Industry: Healthcare technology, with a focus on selling to the NHS and Royal Colleges.
About the Role:
You will be responsible for building and growing client relationships by selling cutting-edge software solutions to healthcare organizations. Your focus will be on long-term contractual relationships and account growth, with a blend of new business sales and account management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a territory and key account plan.
- Meet and exceed sales targets.
- Build lasting relationships with clients across various levels, from C-level executives to delivery teams.
- Collaborate with marketing to support account development and customer success.
- Deliver regular reports on account progress and sales activities.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and healthcare regulations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in senior sales or account management, preferably in healthcare or tech.
- Proven track record of successful sales and quota attainment.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare operations and technology.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts.
