Senior Sales Executive (Remote/UK Based)


We are seeking a talented Senior Sales Executive to join our team on a remote basis in the UK. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual to make a real impact in the healthcare industry by selling innovative software solutions.


Role Overview:


  • Position: Senior Sales Executive
  • Location: Remote/UK Based
  • Salary: Up to £90k base with £150k OTE
  • Industry: Healthcare technology, with a focus on selling to the NHS and Royal Colleges.


About the Role:


You will be responsible for building and growing client relationships by selling cutting-edge software solutions to healthcare organizations. Your focus will be on long-term contractual relationships and account growth, with a blend of new business sales and account management.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute a territory and key account plan.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Build lasting relationships with clients across various levels, from C-level executives to delivery teams.
  • Collaborate with marketing to support account development and customer success.
  • Deliver regular reports on account progress and sales activities.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and healthcare regulations.


Required Skills & Qualifications:


  • 5+ years of experience in senior sales or account management, preferably in healthcare or tech.
  • Proven track record of successful sales and quota attainment.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare operations and technology.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts.
