Sales Executive (Workspace Furniture)
Location: London
Contract: Permanent, Full-time
Salary: £60,000 base + uncapped commission and benefits
Reports to: Sales Director
Are you a skilled Sales Executive with a passion for the workspace furniture industry? If you have a proven track record in this field, this could be the ideal role for you. A leading furniture manufacturer, based in central London, is seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join their team.
With over 25 years of success, this company is renowned for delivering high-quality, innovative, and sustainable furniture solutions across business, education, healthcare, and government sectors. Their UK-manufactured products are designed to meet the demands of modern workspaces, offering flexibility for both collaborative and individual working styles, making them a trusted name throughout the EMEA region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth by developing strong relationships with existing and target dealer companies, underpinned by a clear strategy and sales plan.
- Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders at all levels within dealerships, while engaging internal teams (sales support, design, marketing) to strengthen long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with dealers to secure and win strategic major projects.
- Increase brand awareness with designers, identify new project opportunities, and collaborate closely with key dealers.
Key Skills & Experience:
- In-depth knowledge of the London workspace dealer market.
- A driven, ambitious sales professional who excels both independently and as part of a team.
- Established network of relationships with dealers, designers, and end users.
- A proven track record of sales success in the contract furniture industry.
- Strong skills in new business development and relationship management.
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities, with high attention to detail.
- Ability to manage tight deadlines and prioritise workload effectively.
- IT literate, particularly in Microsoft Office, with confident presentation skills.
Package:
- £60k base salary, with uncapped commission.
- Flexible working arrangements.
