I am currently looking for an experienced and passionate Head of Brand for a global hospitality business. About the position:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive brand marketing strategy that aligns with the company's goals and values
  • Manage and lead a team of marketing professionals, fostering a creative and collaborative work environment
  • Oversee all marketing initiatives, including digital marketing, content creation, public relations, and social media to enhance brand visibility
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to ensure the brand remains competitive and innovative
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and agencies to ensure consistent brand representation
  • Develop and manage the brand marketing budget effectively
  • Create and maintain strong relationships with external partners and agencies
  • Measure the success of marketing campaigns through key performance indicators (KPIs) and make data-driven improvements
  • Oversee partnership projects and ensure a consistent brand message is delivered

The successful candidate:

  • Previous experience in a senior brand role with international reach
  • Experience within a fast-paced B2C business
  • Ability to make effective commercial decisions
  • A dynamic, proactive, and motivated individual
  • Ability to develop and manage relationships
