About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Design and Branding to join our team at CITY OF SAN ELIZARIO. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our design team and developing a comprehensive design strategy that aligns with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a design vision that drives business growth and brand consistency
  • Lead a team of designers to create innovative and effective design solutions
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop design concepts that meet those needs
  • Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to inform design decisions
  • Ensure that all design work is of high quality and meets our brand standards
  • Manage design projects from conception to completion, including conceptual design, branding, campaign branding, and advertising
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and team members
Requirements
  • Proven experience in leading design teams and developing design strategies
  • Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, and motion design
  • Experience in conceptual design, branding, campaign branding, advertising, and integrated channels
  • Ability to analyze market trends and consumer behavior
  • Strong communication and project management skills
  • Experience in building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders
