Job summary

PayAlly provides international and local payments, multicurrency account, currency exchange, debit cards, card issuing and payments gateway.


Main responsibilities

  • Responding to customer inquiries with the requested business and product information in a timely and efficient manner
  • Working with existing clients
  • Finding and onboarding the clients
  • Attend to client's complaints and resolve issues promptly
  • Provide a high level of customer support both in English and Russian
  • Closely working with internal stakeholders to assist with the onboarding process of new customers
  • Maintaining CRM system
  • Having an outstanding knowledge of the company’s products and services
  • Can work with clear revenue targets that forms a part of RMs pay structure


Skills/experience

  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service (key accounts)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Russian
  • Good decision maker, solution orientated
  • Ability to explain complex information clearly and simply
  • Highly driven and self-motivated
  • Honest, professional and trustworthy
  • Excellent attention to details
  • Ability to lead and work within a team
  • Excellent conflict resolution, interpersonal skills and ability to build lasting relationships with clients
  • Exceptional organisational skills and a strong work ethic
  • Experience in financial services desirable but not essential
