I’m excited to be working with this leading US Law Firm who have come to market with an exciting new Associate Director role to focus on their Global Client Program. Working alongside the Director of Global Clients, this will be a truly strategic client relationship role where you’ll focus on building strong relationships with senior stakeholders internally as well as high level relationships with their key clients to drive and enhance their offerings on a global scale.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a robust framework for the Key Client Program, aligning with the firm’s strategic objectives.
  • Advisory Role: Act as a strategic adviser to Global Relationship Partners, providing tools, resources, and insights to cultivate deep client relationships.
  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and expand a community of Key Client Relationship Managers, promoting a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  • Operational Oversight: Manage the day-to-day operations of the Key Client Program, ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery.
  • Client Engagement: Develop and implement best practices for client engagement, leveraging industry trends and client feedback.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyse program performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management.


What’s needed:

  • Experience in client relationship or business development, preferably within a global law firm or professional services environment.
  • Strong strategic planning, relationship management, and leadership skills.
