One of our clients, a tech-first accommodation provider based in London, are looking for a Partner Relationship Manager to join their growing team.


The main purpose of the role is to build and manage UK partner relationships across their network, supporting the management team to develop and implement effective relationships.


Key Responsibilities and Duties


  • Build key relationships across dedicated regional Supplier accounts utilising, phone, teams and email, ensuring they have a thorough understanding of their business model
  • Conduct Supplier account reviews in-line with process
  • Support the management team to develop and implement strategies for effective Supplier relationship and inventory management
  • Have an excellent understanding of working with Suppliers within your region and provide training to other areas of the business
  • Present Supplier trends and financials to senior members of relevant departments
  • Identify and manage risks connected with the supply chain, ensuring all actions and checks are carried out in order to mitigate them
  • Monitor and improve Supplier commission and conversion levels
  • Support Account Managers with client and Supplier reporting
  • Support Account managers by providing data to create partnership programmes
  • Support and guide Junior Partnership Managers with day-to-day queries and scenario handling
