London, UK, United Kingdom Privalgo Full time

Being a Senior Relationship Manager at Privalgo

As a Senior Relationship Manager (SRM) at Privalgo, you will play a pivotal role in fostering and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with our clients. In our dynamic and fast-paced industry, your knowledge in Foreign Exchange and International Payments will be essential in driving customer satisfaction, loyalty, and revenue growth. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs, provide the right solutions, add value and ensure the highest standards of service.

As a natural thought leader, you will coach and mentor your own team of hungry and enthusiastic Business Development Managers (BDMs), and this will be a fundamental aspect of your role as you support Privalgo’s culture of continuous learning.

You will be a role model for your team, and the wider Sales team by sharing your knowledge and experience to develop their skills and enhance their performance. Through leveraging your industry knowledge and strategic insight, you will contribute significantly to the revenue, growth and Privalgo’s continued success.

You will be a powerful yet diplomatic driver within the business, having ownership of your individual and team target, including a new business target, and you will remain accountable for this throughout the year.

You will help articulate and deliver our ambitious 5-year plan; a huge opportunity to shape and deliver massive growth of this international payments business.

We are looking for a Senior Relationship Manager with a scale-up mindset. You’ll be a planner and a do-er, with the hunger to help deliver the ambitious growth we seek. You’ll be a hard-working team player who knows how to have fun along the way and keep your team motivated.

We’re looking for someone who’ll make an immediate impact upon joining the business. You’ll hit the ground running to deliver revenue, coach, mentor and develop the team.

As a natural leader, you’ll achieve buy-in from all levels of the business to enable the commercial strategy and output to be the very best.

We want someone who always presents solutions rather than problems, thinks why and how, rather than why not, someone who’s not afraid to challenge or have a voice in the pursuit of what is right for Privalgo.

You’ll work closely with the Managing Director to help shape and deliver Privalgo’s 5 Year plan, and to continue to drive our ambitious business objectives and results.

Lastly, we want you to get to know the three pillars of our culture: ambition, accountability, and impact - to live and breathe it, and to help shape and define it as we grow.

Objectives of the Role

• Relationship Management: Develop and nurture strong relationships with key clients to drive sales and achieve revenue targets. Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

• Product Knowledge: Hands on experience related to Foreign Exchange and International Payments and hedging enabling you to be an expert on how these processes work. You will be confident and informed when it comes to managing international transactions and minimizing the impact of currency fluctuations.

• Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth both individually and within the team by leveraging industry knowledge, strategic sales techniques, and strong leadership skills. Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities to expand the client base and increase market share.

• Leadership & Inspiration: Demonstrate strong leadership through effective coaching and mentoring, inspiring and motivating team members to achieve their best performance in a dynamic and competitive market.
