As the company is expanding, we are looking for a Partner Sales Manager to join the Commercial team in the UK and expand our partner relationships. Reporting into the Head of Commercial UK, this is one of the first hires into the UK team and will have a large impact on the businesses trajectory.


Company’s Partner Sales Manager has the following responsibilities:

  • Identify ISO / PSP partners and prospects to grow a healthy pipeline.
  • Sell our gateway and acquiring solution to partners.
  • Building and maintaining trusted relationships with partners.

· Help partners to set and meet sales and revenue targets.

  • After-sales care and support to partners.
  • Own the sales process end to end and be the main point of contact.

· Flexibility and Adaptability: The employee must be open to taking on diverse tasks beyond the job description, as this role is ever evolving.

  • Participation in events and conferences on behalf of the company.


Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in the acquiring industry
  • A proven track record of selling to partners and nurturing long-term relationships
  • Prior experience in selling to Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3; payment ISOs, PSPs, gateways.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate complex sales processes and overcome challenges
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Fluency in English. Additional European languages are a benefit
