The Company:

  • 500+ employees and over 1500+ clients
  • Start up environment with limited red tape and plenty of room to grow up the business


The Role:

  • Managing a high performing sales team
  • Responsible for the overall target of the team
  • Coaching and development
  • Attend prospect/customer meetings when required to support/develop individuals
  • Support recruitment and hiring process
  • Monitor and manage activity levels per salesperson
  • Creation, development and management of salesperson’s territory plan
  • Drive initiatives and activities to achieve individual and team targets
  • Weekly sales meetings with team
  • Up to £60k base, £120k OTE + car allowance


The Candidate:

  • Experience leading a technology sales team
  • Strong sales skills with proven ability in new business wins
  • Ability to sell complex solutions
  • Experience selling to senior management
  • Knowledge of the Engineering/Manufacturing industry
  • Minimum 5 year’s sales experience with a proven track record of success
  • Access to office 3 days a week
