Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven sales executive to help us expand our small, yet renowned gelato business based in the heart of Soho. We’re looking for someone with a passion for the industry and sales who can creatively enhance our guest experience and expand our customer base.


Responsibilities


Online Digital Sales:

· Oversee daily website management and ensure seamless customer experiences.

· Grow follower database and drive revenue through increased order value and repeat business.

· Develop strategies to boost purchase frequency and launch the CRM program.


Wholesale Sales:

· Grow revenues from existing wholesale clients and secure new hospitality partners (e.g., hotels, restaurants, cafés).

· Manage client relationships and execute sales campaigns through cold-calling, field sales, and email outreach.

· Oversee the entire sales cycle from pitch to sign-off.


Events Business:


· Identify and secure profitable UK event opportunities.

· Meet revenue targets through event partnerships and collaborations.

· Coordinate event logistics, staffing, and promotional activities.

· Ensure compliance with legal, health, and safety standards.

· Conduct post-event evaluations and build lasting relationships with clients and suppliers.


Skills Required:


· Proven experience in business development or sales, ideally in hospitality

· Experience managing web sales, delivery revenues, and event operations or sales.

· Strong communication skills to engage diverse clients, from loyal customers to corporate clients.

· Strategic and creative thinker with a data-driven, analytical approach to sales and marketing.

· Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented team player with a passion for hospitality.
