We are looking to recruit a Housekeeping Trainer to join our successful team here at Flemings Mayfair Hotel.

What about the job?

As the Housekeeping Trainer you will welcome new starters and guide them through their induction journey. You will monitor their progress and reinforce the hotel standards.

You will assist the Head Housekeeper to achieve and maintain the highest level of cleaning standards throughout the Hotel. Experience in a luxury property is essential.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Welcomes all new starters and inducts them into the job, hotel and standards of cleaning.
  • Identifies and develops existing talent to assist their performance progression.
  • Contributes to the smooth running of the Housekeeping Department.
  • Pay particular attention to VIP guests rooms and VIP supplies.
  • Supervise and ensure all team members are aware of their responsibilities and are performing all duties to a consistently high standard.
  • Ensure that all guests are greeted in a warm and courteous fashion and tended to in a professional manner by every team member.
  • Daily monitoring of rooms by conducting and documenting inspections of assigned rooms.

The ideal candidate will be a genuine team player with at least two years experience in a similar training role or supervisory role .You will be able to demonstrate the following skills:
