Job Summary:

Park Plaza is seeking a highly skilled Housekeeping Trainer to join our team. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for guiding new starters through the fundamental steps of services for Housekeeping, ensuring an efficient operation on the shift, and taking responsibility for team briefings and room inspections.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of housekeeping staff.
  • Conduct regular team briefings and room inspections to ensure high standards of cleanliness and service.
  • Monitor and evaluate the ongoing training to ensure all team members are educated on the correct and agreed-on company practices and procedures.
  • Empower the team to be more involved in the guest experience and develop their skills to provide exceptional service.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and a high level of service delivery.
