Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Housekeeping Trainer to join our team at art'otel Hoxton. As a Housekeeping Trainer, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and experience the art of hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our housekeeping team members.
  • Conduct regular room inspections to ensure that our rooms meet the highest standards of cleanliness and quality.
  • Collaborate with the housekeeping team to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance the guest experience.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of the housekeeping team to ensure that they are meeting the required standards.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with our guests to ensure that they receive exceptional service and have a memorable experience at art'otel Hoxton.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a housekeeping or training role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards.
  • Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and best practices.
