A brilliant job opportunity is available for a Studio/ Office Manager to provide support to a dynamic design team on a part time basis. This role is open to permanent or contract basis (outside IR35.)
You will take charge of managing the office and ensuring smooth operations. As the first point of contact, you will handle reception duties such as answering calls/emails, welcoming clients, and managing correspondence. Your secretarial experience will shine as you take minutes, proofread, edit documents, and efficiently handle filing tasks. With excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, you will excel in delivering professional presentations.
As an Executive Assistant to Directors, you will manage their schedules, organize meetings, and handle travel arrangements. Your proficiency as a Mac and/or Windows user will allow you to provide immediate IT support to the team, resolving technical issues or liaising with external IT service providers.
In addition, you will be involved in HR and recruitment activities, including screening and collating CVs, managing employee benefits, and overseeing onboarding and offboarding processes. Your versatility will shine through as you tackle ad hoc projects such as market research, company events, and timesheet management.
Ideally, you have strong Studio Management, to oversee the day-to-day office operations.
Day-to-day management of the office (e.g., liaising and negotiating with office suppliers, ordering office supplies, dealing with ad hoc employee requests).
The job holder acts as the first point of contact for all new inquiries. This role provides valuable support to the whole team, facilitating an efficient and enjoyable working environment
