Our client have a portfolio of ultra luxurious projects across the residential, commercial and hospitality sectors and have identified a need in their leadership team. As Director of Sales and Market Growth you will lead their sales efforts and help them win work with new clients. You will use your extensive local and ideally international network to achieve and exceed sales targets.


A background in interior design, architecture, real estate or luxury high-end services is essential to really understand their market. You will report directly to and work closely with the Founder, as well as the Finance Director.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a sales and growth strategy
  • Monitor and analyse sales performance
  • Set, track and report on KPI's
  • Oversee the sales pipeline
  • Maintain and update the CRM
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers in the target markets
  • Identify and target new business opportunities

Skills and Experience

  • Proven sales ability and track record in the property sector
  • Knowledge of putting proposals and fees together
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Strong network of contacts
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
