Role Overview:


We’re looking for someone who can lead & shape our rapid growth across the business, primarily focusing on consumer acquisition, conversion, and creating consumer offers. The Director of Growth will spearhead our strategy, aiming to increase online prescription purchases within the UK, while managing and expanding our marketing efforts across consumer B2C offerings.


This role will include the management of an existing marketing team, with a view to scale up the size of Healthera’s marketing function. Above all, this role will require you to lead from the front and make quick decisions to help grow each aspect of the business. An ideal candidate can combine strategic planning with sustained execution.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Spearhead both B2C and B2B marketing strategy
  • Lead all aspects of the company’s marketing, including support for the sales function
  • Get hands-on with website strategy and building, CRM management, & analytics
  • Manage and motivate a team and hire key players
  • Work closely with the CEO and product team to drive consumer offers
  • Ownership of the performance of all key growth driving channels


Requirements:


  • 6+ years of experience leading consumer marketing for a digital / consumer tech business
  • Demonstrated success in launching and growing products internationally
  • Proficiency in web management (ideally WordPress)
  • Proficiency in HubSpot and automating CRM workflows
  • Proficiency in conversion rate optimisation
  • Understanding of key B2C e-commerce principles
  • Proficiency in data analytics, and ability to derive actionable insights from user data
  • Experience with measuring and tracking metrics such as CAC, LTV, ROAS, etc
  • Experience with growth hacking under limited marketing budgets and creative, cost-effective growth strategies
  • Leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team
  • Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
