We are excited to be working with a leading provider of Managed Print Solutions and Document Solutions, dedicated to delivering innovative and cost-effective services to their clients. Their dynamic team of professionals is committed to excellence and they are looking for a visionary Sales Director to lead and inspire our high-performing sales team.


Position Overview of the Sales Director:

As the Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, leading a team of 10 talented sales professionals, and expanding their market presence. You will play a pivotal role in strategizing, managing, and executing sales plans to achieve and exceed company targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales leadership, preferably within the Managed Print Solutions or Document Solutions industry.


Key Responsibilities of the Sales Director:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of 8 sales professionals to achieve and surpass sales targets.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and market share.
  • Foster a high-performance culture through effective coaching, training, and performance management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Monitor sales metrics, analyse performance data, and report on team achievements and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop compelling sales strategies and campaigns.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to ensure the company remains a leader in the market.
  • Manage the sales budget, forecast sales, and ensure optimal allocation of resources.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a hands-on approach to sales activities and client engagement.


Preferred Qualifications of the Sales Director:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Director, Sales Manager, or similar leadership role.
  • Demonstrable success in managing and developing high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong background in Managed Print Solutions, Document Solutions, or related industry.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to analyse sales metrics and data to drive decision-making.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
