Our client is seeking a Director of Sales to lead the transformation of their division and drive sales growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Must have extensive experience leading low-value, high-volume global accounts
- Use data to optimize customer segmentation and journeys for better engagement and retention.
- Accurately forecast sales performance and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and revenue operations.
- Inspire and manage a high-performing team, setting objectives and driving continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Proven experience managing and scaling large, transactional business units.
- Strong skills in data analysis, customer segmentation, and automation implementation.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with a history of driving sales growth.
- Proficient in Salesforce, Excel, and PowerPoint.
