MacGregor Black is partnering with a prestigious and innovative Luxury Spirits brand to recruit a Sales Director. This permanent role requires regular presence at the company’s Head Office in London.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement high-impact sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share across On-Trade, Off-Trade, and grocery channels.
- Analyse market trends and customer insights to identify new opportunities for growth, both domestically and internationally.
- Secure new business opportunities, broaden distribution networks, and build strong, strategic relationships with key industry partners.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs, promoting a culture of high performance and accountability.
- Strengthen the brand's presence in the market and ensure consistent, compelling messaging across all sales and marketing channels.
- Manage sales budgets, forecasts, and financial performance to align with business objectives and ensure profitability.
- Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with key clients, distributors, and retailers to foster long-term success.
What are we looking for?
- Proven experience in a senior sales role within the luxury spirits sector or high-end beverage industry, with a strong background across On-Premise, Off-Premise, and Grocery channels.
- Experience working in international markets and managing global teams is highly desirable.
- Additional certifications or qualifications in spirits (e.g., WSET Level 3 or higher) are highly desirable.
- Deep understanding of luxury spirits industry trends, market dynamics, and consumer behavior.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
- A genuine enthusiasm for luxury spirits and a commitment to excellence.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
