Growth Executive / Performance Marketing Manager / Performance Marketer will:

  • You will oversee paid media efforts and collaborate regularly with the paid media team to optimize PPC and paid social activities.
  • Analyse sales data and make informed decisions to optimize spending for sustained growth and profitability.
  • Take charge of the TikTok Shop by managing influencer partnerships, identifying high-potential SKUs, and collaborating with agencies.
  • Manage revenue & profit optimisation.
  • Utilize tools like Shopify Plus, Skuuudle, and market research to monitor and analyze pricing and margins.
  • Manage CRO - Evaluate site traffic and develop new initiatives and A/B tests to enhance conversion rates.

Required Experience:

  • Strong academic background; A degree from a Russell group University
  • +1 year experience working in growth marketing / performance marketing, including paid media, CRO, SEO, CRM, revenue/profit optimisation
  • Some experience within a d2c/eCommerce business
