Our client is a global industry leading Tech and SaaS company looking to rapidly expand our team of BDRs due to recent investment and are dedicated to ensuring our staff have the resources they require to succeed. About the role:
Your general responsibilities will include but are not restricted to, generating good quality leads, building business relationships, working closely with the sales and marketing team, proactively seek new prospect opportunities, cold calling, mailing and networking. You will also need to report back to Head of Sales on progress each month and be able to articulate this well in presentations with current and correct information.
About you:
- Recent degree-level graduate
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to develop genuine relationships with prospects, customers, and colleagues
- The ability to be consultative and curious when speaking with prospects and customers
- Hardworking, determined individuals
- Ambitious, self-starter equipped with tenacity, resilience and integrity
- Thrive in a target-driven environment and deliver consistently against agreed KPI’s
- Strong communicator, with a desire to understand and implement sales principles
