VP of Sales - EMEA - High Growth Cyber Vendor

Location: 100% remote within the UK & the Netherlands

Salary Expectations: Competitive Salary DOE - It would be a base plus % of total European revenue

My client is a well funded, High Growth, CyberSecurity vendor with a US Headquarter. They have had a presence in Europe for a few years and a strong customer base in the region. Having developed new features in the product, they currently have a very unique offering in a competitive market and are now restructuring to push for a strong year in performance.


They have 4 Sales reps across the EMEA region who have all been there for a few years and have a strong performance track record. They are looking for someone who can be a pure manager to support the regiona and help them get to the next level. They also have some plans to grow out the region as well so you will be part of spearheading that growth as well.


You will be reporting into one of the best managers out there - he is a veteran in their niche of Security having worked at several competitors and is very anti micromanagement. He wants someone who knows the European market well and can take the team and run with it. They have a great culture where they are anti-politics and very collaberative and kind hearted people.


The ideal candidate would have:

  • Experience working as a VP of EMEA before and managing European teams
  • Experience building a strong European GTM strategy and implementing it to successfully increase revenue/growth
  • Experience building out European teams
  • A good understanding of the European Cyber Market
  • Experience working at multiple CyberSecurity Start Ups
