Park Chinois represents the ultimate Chinese fine dining and entertainment restaurant. The 1930s Shanghai inspired ambience opens its doors to an eclectic selection of music and vocal performances in an atmosphere of sophisticated, charming elegance, combined with exceptional food quality underpinned by classic fine dining service culture.

The Role

This is an exciting new role for an ambitious Head of Marketing with excellent communication, digital and social media skills, who will represent Park Chinois brand in a positive light, help to increase brand awareness and develop royal members base. You will be joining Island hospitality group and sporting the day-to-day marketing activities and communications for the business. Looking after the companys image, brand, and its standing within the marketplace, as well as making sure that the company meets the needs of its guest (and potential guests); networking and communication are essential role responsibilities.This role is crucial to the business, providing support to the business in achieving its financial and growth targets. Working closely with the Operations Director and the Senior Head Office Management, the successful candidate will coordinate activity across the digital channels, manage day-to-day communications, deliver tactical marketing campaigns to drive covers and increase awareness and work with third parties to generate and activate content that is up-to date relevant and true to the brand, across multiple channels.


Responsibilities

Day-to-day responsibilities will include but is not limited to:

  • Conduct regular research analysis of existing and new digital marketing platforms to determine effectiveness.
  • Draft and execute integrated marketing and campaign plans, aligned to the marketing strategy & events calendar
  • Coordinate and activate communications related to operational changes including menu changes, special menus and opening times, etc
  • Develop a digital content plan on a quarterly basis
  • Manage relationships and provided update content to online restaurant and marketing platforms and vendors (SquareMeal, Timeout, The Handbook, Visit London, Seven Rooms) to optimise coverage and effectiveness.
  • Working with the Marketing team and third-party agencies, to create and co-ordinate digital content to align to the strategy and plans.
  • Update the website with optimized written content.
  • Execute social media with support from third party.
  • Develop a digital content plan on a quarterly basis.
  • Build and maintain new and existing relationships with key partners to attract and develop new audiences and drive content.

Required Skills

  • A tertiary qualification in marketing and business
  • Confident professional with a strong personality and guest relations skills, as well as experience working with diverse high-profile guests.
  • A strong professional grounding in brand marketing
  • You will be a good strategist and planner, with a natural marketing orientation.
  • A thorough knowledge of digital marketing
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines & budgets.
  • Experience of working in luxury marketing, high quality food and beverage operations and In-depth hospitality knowledge
